Nullification, a word that strikes fear into the hearts of tyrants. Why is that? Because the People actually have the power to nullify their lawless, pretended “laws.”
Our forefathers believed in it and it’s power to keep corruption in check. Sadly, we have forgotten that we have the power and surrendered it to our servants in ignorance, but it’s time we took it back.
Michael Boldin of The Tenth Amendment Center reminds of of six core principles of nullification in a recent video.
Understanding nullification – what it is and what needs to be done – is far easier when you have a good understanding of these foundational principles underlying it.
