“The first casualty, when war comes, is truth.” -California Republican Senator Hiram Johnson (1917)

No U.S. president has the authority to take America to war with another nation without a Declaration of War from Congress. That means Trump’s war with Iran is exactly that: It is Donald Trump’s war—illegally using the U.S. military for his own purposes—or should I say, for Israel’s purposes.

The man who promised the American people that he would stop America’s “stupid” (Trump’s word) perpetual regime-change wars lied to us. He knew he was lying when he said it, because he knew that his entire presidential campaign was sponsored by the Epstein/Zionist/Billionaire class epitomized by Mossad asset Miriam Adelson.

Most U.S. presidents, just as most of the U.S. Congress, are overly influenced and manipulated by the State of Israel, thanks to the Zionist billionaire donors using the Israeli lobby group AIPAC (and scores of groups just like it) as a conduit of unlimited cash with which to bribe these criminals—called politicians.

But, without a doubt, Donald Trump is far and away the most beholden and most controlled U.S. president EVER. Donald Trump is owned lock, stock and barrel by Benjamin Netanyahu and the antichrist Zionists in Tel Aviv. And Trump’s unwarranted, unprovoked and unconstitutional attack against Iran proves it.

Iran posed ZERO threat to the security of the United States.

The American people need to awaken to the reality that our politicians in Washington do NOT represent us, the American people. They represent the Zionist government in Israel. Now, American blood is being shed, and American lives are being lost NOT for the defense of America, but for the fanatical Greater Israel ambitions of the atheistic Ashkenazi Zionists in Palestine.

This war was never about Iran’s nuclear program. Our own intelligence agencies—including the testimony (under oath) of National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard—have repeatedly reported for over 20 years that Iran had no nuclear weapons and had no plans on building them. Former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei held deep religious convictions that nuclear weapons violated the Shia faith, and, therefore, he blocked their development in Iran. Looking back, that was doubtless a huge mistake on his part.

Think about it: Under the rubric of keeping Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, Donald Trump murdered the one man in Iran that was preventing the country from obtaining nuclear weapons. It is most likely that now a younger more aggressive leader (the Ayatollah’s own son?) will emerge as Iran’s Supreme Leader with all bets off the table—especially given the last two surreptitious U.S./Israeli attacks against Iran while pretending to be participating in peace negotiations.

Donald Trump has opened Pandora’s Box.

Trump has turned on the light bulb in the minds of leaders all over the world that the only way to not be attacked by the U.S. or Israel is to possess nuclear weapons. After all, the United States doesn’t dare threaten North Korea with attack.

Donald Trump has ignited the greatest nuclear arms race in the atomic age.

Besides, Donald Trump brazenly told us last June that he had “totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

Everyone with half a brain knows that this war is not about nuclear weapons; it is about taking orders from Benjamin Netanyahu and his fellow Zionist extremists whose goal is to conquer the entire Middle East—just as U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee acknowledged just two weeks ago.

This war will not end well. Not for the United States, not for Israel, not for the global economy and not for the prospect of peace. In fact, RIGHT NOW the war is not going well.

The U.S. media and federal government are hiding the true cost of this war. International independent reports are suggesting that hundreds of U.S. troops have already been killed in this illegal war. Fighter aircraft have been shot down. And perhaps even U.S. ships have been sunk.

As Republican U.S. Senator from California Hiram Johnson said in 1917, “The first casualty, when war comes, is truth.”

The American people will not be made aware of the extent of U.S. losses in both military hardware and human life until after this is all over—and maybe not even then.

Plus, the United States government has been married to Israel for so long now, that it is fighting wars the way the criminal Zionist regime does. Example: Military targets were not the only targets of U.S. missiles in Iran. Two elementary girls’ schools were incinerated along with over 150 little grade school girls and their teachers. This means our military campaign is not designed with precision strikes in mind; they are designed to destroy civilian targets as a means of sowing panic and horror among the population with the hope of forcing the populace to insurrect against their government, just as Israel and the U.S. have done in Gaza.

It didn’t work in Gaza, and it won’t work in Iran!

When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, it did not fracture the American population; it galvanized it. February 28, 2026, was Iran’s Pearl Harbor. Now, their political differences are set aside, and the Iranians see only two enemies: Israel and the United States—oh, yes, and the Gulf Arab monarchies that are in bed with the Zionist/Epstein class.

Trump lit a war fever that will not soon dissipate. This has already turned into a war of attrition, and it is a war the United States and Israel can no more win than the United States and NATO could win in a war of attrition against Russia in Ukraine.

Iran has hundreds of thousands of state-of-the-art, highly sophisticated missiles—many of them hypersonic. Iran can fight this war for months—and perhaps longer—if it had to.

This is the end of Trump’s presidency. He will go down in history as one of the most failed presidents (along with Joe Biden) to ever sit in the Oval Office.

The longer this war lasts, the weaker Israel and the U.S. become and the stronger Iran becomes. Just one day into the war, Trump begged Iran (via emissaries in Italy) to return to the negotiating table, and they told the con man where to go. Iran has every intention of finishing the war. After all, its very survival depends on it.

And as uncomfortable as what I am about to say is, I must say it: All of Trump’s insanity could not have happened and would not have happened without the rabid, cult-like support of evangelical Christian Zionists.

And here the story becomes surreal. What I’m about to report reveals the level of lunacy and fanaticism stored deep in the hearts of Christian Zionists.

US commanders from every arm of the military have told their units that the war on Iran is “anointed by Jesus” and would bring about his return to Earth as part of the “Armageddon”, resulting in scores of complaints from serving members of the military.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), an organisation dedicated to ensuring that all members of the US military are guaranteed religious freedom, told Middle East Eye on Tuesday that it had received more than 200 similar complaints from personnel serving in the army, navy, air force, marine corps, and space force.

The complaints received by the MRFF, first reported by journalist Jonathan Larsen, have come from more than 40 units and span at least 30 military installations.

According to MRFF, one combat unit commander told non-commissioned officers (NCOs) at a briefing on Monday that the Israeli-US attacks on Iran are part of God’s “plan” and that US President Donald Trump was “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth”.

A US NCO who wrote to the MRFF said their commander had told them the war with Iran was “all part of God’s divine plan”. The commander referred repeatedly to the Bible’s Book of Revelation and to Armageddon, the story about the battle between good and evil, in which Jesus triumphs and establishes a lasting peace on Earth.

The commander is quoted by the NCO as saying: “President Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”

Now, the real fanaticism of Scofield’s false doctrines of premillennial dispensationalism, aka Christian Zionism, has come to the surface. To think that a group of human beings or a single U.S. president or a military force could actually determine the timetable in Heaven of Christ’s return is not only the most idiotic thinking imaginable; it is the most arrogant.

So, since Pete Hegseth has brought it up, let’s give the full picture.

According to prophetic dispensationalists, Armageddon cannot occur until the following events transpire:

1. The “rapture” takes place. This means the born-again Christians go to Heaven, while everyone else is left behind to fall victim to what follows.

2. The antichrist rises to a position of global dictatorship, ushers in a temporary 3½ years of peace, and then uses his absolute power to attack Israel, resulting in two-thirds of the Jewish people being murdered by him during the next 3½ years.

3. Afterward, Jesus will come, and the Battle of Armageddon will take place in which He, Christ, will usher in a thousand-year earthly millennial reign.

I’ll leave the rest of the dispensationalist prophetic narrative at that point.

So, let’s apply this to what Hegseth and the rest of these deluded Scofield futurists are saying about Trump and Iran.

1. They all have been given divine revelation to know that Donald Trump is the man who is chosen by God to—on his own—bring about prophetic events leading to the return of Christ by attacking Iran. They have been given divine revelation that the war in Iran is “anointed by Jesus” and that the war is “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth.”

So, let’s get this straight. Who exactly did God reveal all of this to? John Hagee? Robert Jeffress? Franklin Graham? Or maybe Pete Hegseth himself? Or did God send an angel to appear to all of the dispensationalist pastors with this revelation at once? Can any of these evangelicals tell us who the angel was? What did he look like? Exactly how did the angel appear to them?

I mean, all of us mere mortals out here would really like to hear about this. We have to go back to the Apostle John or the Apostle Paul or even back to Moses to hear of anything close to what we are being told.

Oh, I’m confident these prophecy-obsessed evangelicals can find Bible verses to confirm their delusions. You know, the same Bible verses that dispensationalists have been using since Scofield himself said the sinking of the Titanic was a sign of the “rapture” and return of Christ back in 1912.

2. So, Donald Trump is the man anointed by God to ignore God’s spiritual laws to not kill and not steal and not bear false witness in order to bring about Christ’s return. Not to mention, God gave Donald Trump divine authority to defy the Natural laws of our Creator enshrined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights to ignore the law that says our president must receive authorization from Congress before he is legally allowed to wage war, that he is given divine authority to lie not only to the Iranian people but to the people of America, that he has been given divine authority to send America’s sons and daughters to their deaths on no word but that of Donald Trump. Is that what we are being told? So, now, we don’t have a president; we have a divine Caesar? Is that what we’re being told?

3. So, at what point during this war with Iran will the “rapture” take place? Egad! What should happen if the war ends and the “rapture” doesn’t happen? But let’s set aside that last question.

4. So, during the Iran war, the “rapture” will happen. It MUST happen! All of these dispensationalist evangelicals have had a divine revelation that it will happen. So, that means Donald Trump is the trigger man for what? The coming of the antichrist. That’s what’s next, according to Christian Zionists.

So, who is the antichrist? Well, if Trump is anointed by God to defeat Iran, he might be anointed by God to defeat the rest of the Arab world, you know, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, etc. Yes? Amen! And it would be almost a certainty that in order to conquer the entire Middle East, Trump will need to defeat Russia, China, North Korea, India, etc. If Trump accomplishes all of that, he becomes (Egad!) a global dictator.

So, I guess Donald Trump must be the antichrist. No, wait a minute! Now I’m confused. How can a man anointed by God be the antichrist? Because, if he were the antichrist, he would eventually go to war with Israel and destroy two-thirds of the Jews in the world’s largest holocaust. But that destroys Trump’s anointed, god-like image. Of course, the Christian Zionists won’t be here, so they don’t have to worry about being outed as being full of it the whole time.

Oh! I forgot. Donald Trump is a saved, born-again Christian-—the BEST Christian to ever live, better than the Apostle Paul or Peter or John. So, is JD Vance the antichrist? I’m getting more confused.

Now, we are back to Hegseth and Company explaining this revelation about Trump’s anointing to us. Because, I’ve been seriously studying the Scriptures for 55 years, and all of this sounds absurd to me.

It sounds absurd, because it is absurd!

The lifelong blasphemer, the lifelong liar, the lifelong cheat, the lifelong philanderer, the lifelong gangster, the lifelong bully, the lifelong sexual predator Donald Trump is as much anointed by God as the llamas on my neighbor’s ranch.

Donald Trump is a war criminal. If there is any justice left in the United States, he will be impeached, convicted and sent to prison. And I believe that that is a distinct possibility.

If the Democrats have the votes after the midterm elections in November, that will definitely happen. Not only will he be impeached for being a war criminal and violating the constitutional requirement that he seek approval from Congress to wage war, but don’t forget about the Epstein files. If the Democrats have the votes following the November elections, they will unseal the Epstein files, meaning Donald Trump and Pam Bondi go to prison and a bunch of the Epstein class follow close behind.

I personally believe that that is why Prince Andrew was allowed to be arrested and why Bill Clinton testified regarding the Epstein files. I’m convinced both of these men (and many others by now) have privately “spilled their guts” to prosecutors in exchange for clemency. I believe they have provided authorities with names, places, events, times, etc., in great detail—evidence that will be used against Trump and others that Trump is covering for.

When the curtain falls on Trump—and it will fall, by whatever means, who knows? When that curtain falls, it will also shine the spotlight of shame on the Christian Zionist evangelicals in this country. These blind leaders of the blind in evangelical pulpits will share the disdain and derision of public opinion both here and around the world for decades to come. Trying to claim that Trump is God’s anointed to wage an illegal, immoral, unconstitutional war against Iran is the proverbial straw that will break the camel’s back.

And, politically, Trump’s war of aggression against Iran will be the straw that breaks the con man’s back. The only question that remains is, will the Republican Party let Trump take them all down with him? At this point, it looks like they will.

Trump’s demise is as certain as George H.W. Bush’s re-election defeat in 1992. Bush went into that campaign as a shoo-in for a second term, largely based on the enthusiastic national acceptance of Bush’s promise: “Read my lips: No new taxes.” But you know what happened after that. Bush crammed new taxes down the throats of the American people, and he lost the White House.

Trump has done the same thing. He won a landslide election on his promise: “Read my lips. No new wars.” Now, he’s started the mother of all wars in the Middle East, and both he and the Republican Party are going to pay the price for it.

The United States has entered a war with Iran, locking arms with Israel in the effort. The war, contrary to President Trump’s and Vice President JD Vance’s campaign promises, raises significant concerns about the constitutionality of the quagmire and breaching America First principles. In this episode of The Sentinel Report, Alex Newman breaks it all down in the news segment.

Additionally, on the show, Kayleigh Bush, the winner of Ms. Florida, joins Newman to share how she was stripped of the pageant title after refusing to affirm that men can become women. Bush, who is sharing her story with the nation, implores men to stand up and defend women’s spaces, including pageants and sports, from transgender crazies.

To break down video game addiction and ungodly agendas in entertainment, Brent Dusing, the CEO and founder of TruPlay—a Christian and conservative gaming alternative—shares with the audience how parents can offer their children more excellent alternatives to games like Fortnite and Roblox.

Finally, Jamie Glazov, the author of United in Hate: The Left’s Romance with Tyranny, Terror, and Hamas, breaks down the US-Israel-Iran war and the Left’s relationship with Islam.

If the war with Iran persists for an extended period of time, a lot of people could literally starve. Approximately half of all global food production is dependent on the use of fertilizer. Without fertilizer, crop yields would drop precipitously and there wouldn’t be anywhere near enough food for everyone. Even now, hundreds of millions of people are going to bed hungry every night, and there are severe food shortages in quite a few African nations. This is a trend that I have been closely monitoring for quite some time. We are at a very serious tipping point, and approximately one-fourth of all globally traded nitrogen fertilizer normally travels through the Strait of Hormuz. If we can’t get that fertilizer into the hands of those that need it, we are going to have a major crisis on our hands.

At this moment, traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has essentially been paralyzed

At least 200 ships, including oil and liquefied natural gas tankers as well as cargo ships, remained at anchor in open waters off the coast of major Gulf producers including Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, according to Reuters estimates based on ship-tracking data from the MarineTraffic platform.

Hundreds of other vessels remained outside Hormuz unable to reach ports, shipping data showed. The waterway is a key artery for around a fifth of the world’s oil and LNG supply.

Hardly anything is getting through, and it is likely to remain that way for quite a while, because the Iranians have already damaged a significant number of commercial vessels

This is something that is not getting nearly enough attention from the mainstream media.

The latest vessel that was hit by Iran was a Malta-flagged container ship known as the Safeen Prestige

A container ship was struck by a projectile while transiting the Strait of Hormuz north of Oman, maritime security agencies said.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), an agency linked to the U.K. military that monitors commercial shipping, said the vessel was sailing eastbound when it was hit by an unknown projectile just above the water line.

The strike caused a fire in the ship’s engine room, UKMTO said, adding that no environmental impact had been reported.

Maritime security agency Vanguard Tech identified the vessel as the Malta-flagged container ship Safeen Prestige.

We have literally never seen anything like this before.

For now, the 2nd largest shipping company in the world has suspended all cargo bookings for the region…

Obviously, the price of oil has gone up, and I believe that it will go even higher.

But what this is going to mean for global food production could be of even greater importance.

Farmers all over the western hemisphere are getting ready to plant, and it is being reported that “close to one-quarter of globally traded nitrogen fertilizer” normally travels through the Strait of Hormuz…

Forbes’ Robert Rapier reported that “globally, about 180 million metric tons of nitrogen fertilizers are consumed each year (measured in nutrient terms). Of that, roughly 55–60 million metric tons of urea move through international seaborne trade annually. The Middle East accounts for approximately 40–50% of that traded volume.”

“And nearly all of those exports must transit the Strait of Hormuz,” Rapier reported. “In other words, close to one-quarter of globally traded nitrogen fertilizer—and a meaningful share of total global nitrogen production—moves through that single maritime chokepoint that is now threatened by war.”

Fertilizer prices were already exceptionally high even before this war erupted.

Now there is going to be a scramble for whatever supplies are available, and prices are going to go even higher.

One industry insider says that the timing of this war “literally could not be worse”

The timing of the conflict “literally could not be worse” for the industry, Josh Linville, vice president for fertilizers at brokerage StoneX Group, said by email. “There is never a good time for war, but this couldn’t be much worse.”

I honestly don’t know how this is going to be fixed.

If farmers don’t get enough fertilizer, global food production could decline substantially in 2026

Roughly half of global food production depends on fertilisers. Without them, crop yields would fall sharply, placing the delicate balance of global food security at risk. Their industrial production rests largely on the Haber–Bosch process, devised by Fritz Haber and subsequently industrialised by Carl Bosch, which combines nitrogen drawn from the air with hydrogen (today sourced mainly from natural gas) to synthesise ammonia.

Ammonia is the indispensable feedstock for a wide range of nitrogen-based fertilisers, including urea, the most widely used chemical fertiliser in the world. According to an analysis by Rabobank, a significant share of the urea passing through the Strait of Hormuz comes from Qatar and Iran, accounting for an estimated 5 million tonnes annually, while the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia contribute a further 2 million tonnes each year.

We really are in unprecedented territory.

The farmers that are able to get their hands on sufficient supplies of fertilizer certainly are going to pay a lot more for it, because prices are already skyrocketing

Prices for granular urea in Egypt have surged by $60 a metric ton since the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, and buyers are already looking for other suppliers in North Africa and Southeast Asia, Bloomberg Green Markets reported.

Meanwhile in New Orleans, the price of March barges for urea — the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer and one crucial to corn fields — were $60 to $80 higher on Monday compared with Friday prices, and there is “potentially hundreds of dollars per ton increases in the coming days,” said Taylor Eastman, a fertilizer trader at Andersons Inc.

Meanwhile, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz is also driving up natural gas prices in Europe and elsewhere…

A prolonged surge in natural gas prices triggered by the ongoing war in the Middle East risks denting European growth and hitting some Asian economies hard, analysts have warned.

Global gas prices have soared this week amid fears of a lengthy disruption to energy flows through the Strait of Hormuz — a key shipping route running between Oman and Iran that handles about one-fifth of global LNG trade — as the Iran conflict escalates.

Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF) futures, Europe’s benchmark gas contract, rose 35% on Tuesday to more than 60 euros ($69.64) per megawatt-hour. On the week, prices are around 76% higher.

Qatar is normally one of the largest producers in the region.

But now they have shut down production for at least a month and they have declared force majeure on shipments of liquified natural gas…

QatarEnergy just declared Force Majeure.

Three words that mean: we cannot deliver, and legally, we do not have to.

This is no longer a supply disruption. This is a contract collapse.

Force Majeure is not a precaution. It is a formal legal declaration that an unforeseeable event beyond QatarEnergy’s control has made fulfillment impossible. Every affected buyer just had their contract voided. The gas they were counting on is gone, and they have no legal recourse to get it back.

82% of Qatar’s LNG goes to Asia.

China relies on Qatar for 30% of its LNG imports. India 42 to 52%. South Korea 14 to 19%. Taiwan 25%. Japan is already rationing to spot markets.

Asian benchmark prices jumped 39% the day production stopped.

We have never seen a supply shock of this magnitude.

If this war keeps going for an extended period of time, this is just the beginning.

Here in the western world, food prices are likely to keep rising at a brisk pace.

But in impoverished nations around the globe, things will be far worse.

If this war does not end soon, large numbers of people could end up dead as a result of the horrifying famine that is now looming.

In January 30, the Department of Justice released its latest tranche of 3.5 million documents relating to Jeffrey Epstein. Years of emails, texts, and images were suddenly in the public domain.

Epstein, a serial rapist, masterminded a global human trafficking and sexual abuse network, and could count princes, professors, and politicians among his closest friends and accomplices.

MintPress News has been at the forefront of covering the Epstein saga, revealing his extremely close links to American and Israeli intelligence groups – a discovery that perhaps sheds light on why it took so long for the world’s most notorious pedophile to face accountability for his crimes.

Many of the DOJ files have been heavily redacted in order to protect Epstein’s powerful clients. Still, they have exposed a massive elite nexus revolving around the New York billionaire, implicating presidents, diplomats, and plutocrats in his crimes, and imply that Epstein was significantly more powerful than first thought, shaping modern politics in ways never previously understood.

With shocking new details emerging on a near-hourly basis, here are ten Epstein-related stories that have flown relatively under the radar.

The Israeli Government Installed Surveillance Cameras at Epstein’s New York Apartment

The Israeli government installed and maintained a hi-tech surveillance system at Epstein’s Manhattan apartment complex, including a network of alarms and cameras, emails show. Starting in 2016, the director of protective service at the Israeli mission to the United Nations controlled guests’ access to the Manhattan residence, and even performed background checks on prospective cleaners and other Epstein employees.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak admitted visiting the apartment up to 100 times, and stayed there for long periods of time. While Barak’s security may have been a concern, Epstein is known to have housed underage girls at the apartment, and many of his worst sexual crimes and most sordid parties were held there, raising questions as to what sort of images and data the Israeli government had access to.

Epstein Plotted War With Iran

Ehud Barak became one of Epstein’s closest associates, staying for extended periods of time at the billionaire’s residences. The pair would email, text, call, and meet constantly. A search for

“Ehud Barak” elicits more than 3500 results in the latest file dump alone.

The pair would talk politics, and shared a vision of the United States attacking Iran. In 2013, with negotiations between the International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran stalling, Epstein emailed Barak stating, in typically poor spelling and grammar: “hopefully somone suggests getting authorization now for Iran. the congress woudl do it.”

Epstein would get his wish in 2025, when his close associate Donald Trump began bombing the country.

Noam Chomsky Considered Epstein His “Best Friend”

Epstein arranged a meeting between Barak and renowned leftist academic (and vehement critic of the U.S. and Israel) Noam Chomsky. An unlikely friendship between the notorious pedophile and star professor blossomed, with the pair regularly meeting up at each other’s houses for dinner. Chomsky flew on Epstein’s “Lolita Express” jet to attend a dinner with Woody Allen in New York. He also expressed his desire to visit Little St. James Island, Epstein’s notorious Caribbean hideaway, and the center of his trafficking operation.

Chomsky considered Epstein his “best friend” according to an email sent by his wife, Valeria. The usually curt and matter-of-fact academic signed off his emails to Epstein with unexpectedly flowery language, such as “Like real friendship, deep and sincere and everlasting from both of us, Noam and Valeria.”

Chomsky strongly supported Epstein until his dying day in a Manhattan prison cell, taking it upon himself to act as his unofficial crisis manager, describing his accusers as “publicity seekers or cranks of all sorts,” and denouncing the media as a “culture of gossip-mongers” destroying his stellar character.

“Ive watched the horrible way you are being treated in the press and public,” he wrote, advising Epstein on tactics to fight the supposed smears against him.

For a full rundown of the Chomsky-Epstein relationship, see the MintPress News investigation: “The Chomsky-Epstein Files: Unravelling a Web of Connections Between a Star Leftist Academic and a Notorious Pedophile.”

Steve Bannon Developed a Plan to Help Epstein “Crush the Pedo Narrative”

A second public figure running defense for Epstein was Steve Bannon. In public, the far-right strategist claimed that he was working on a documentary exposing Epstein. In private messaging, however, Bannon, like Chomsky, was advising Epstein on how best to repair his image.

Just weeks before Epstein’s arrest and subsequent death, Bannon was messaging him, devising a complex media strategy to clear his name. “First we need to push back on the lies; then crush the pedo/trafficking narrative; then rebuild your image as philanthropist,” he wrote.

While Epstein publicly aligned himself more with the Clintonite wing of the Democratic Party, he was also deeply drawn toward much of the philosophy of the modern alt-right, led by Bannon.

Epstein and Maxwell’s Influence on Internet Culture and the Modern Alt-Right

Indeed, there is significant circumstantial evidence to suggest that Jeffrey Epstein had far more of an effect on modern far-right politics than previously thought. In fact, he could have been among its creators.

In 2011, Epstein met with Christopher “Moot” Poole, the founder of infamous internet message board, 4chan. At the time of his meeting with Poole, Epstein and Bill Gates advisor Boris Nikolic were sharing articles and discussing via email how 4chan could be used to alter public opinion and whip up the masses into hysteria. “This article describes why I find moot interesting. The potential for manipulation is huge,” Nikolic wrote Epstein.

On the same day as the Epstein/Poole meeting, the latter created Politically Incorrect (/pol/), a political message board on 4chan that would serve as the birthplace and incubator for the modern alt-right, as well as a number of the most outlandish conspiracy theories, including QAnon and Pizzagate.

Gaining prominence during Trump’s first term in office, Pizzagate was an elaborate conspiracy theory claiming that global elites partook in satanic rituals around trafficking, raping, killing and eating children in the basement of a Washington D.C. pizzeria.

Given the timing of the meeting and the emails surrounding it, there is the very real possibility that Epstein himself influenced the creation of many outlandish theories about global pedophile rings, perhaps in order to discredit the notion in the first place.

Epstein’s partner in crime, Ghislaine Maxwell, may have been, if anything, even more influential in shaping online culture. Maxwell is rumored to be Reddit power user MaxwellHill, moderator of a number of gigantic Subreddits, including, /r/WorldNews, /r/Technology, /r/Politics, /r/Science, /r/Travel, /r/Health, and /r/Environment. MaxwellHill was at one point the most popular Redditor on the platform, being the first to reach one million karma (akin to likes on other platforms).

Believers point to the account’s use of British English, its admission that they were born in December (like Ghislaine), and the fact that it vanished from the platform forever at exactly the time she was arrested and imprisoned.

If true, it would mean that Epstein and Maxwell were crucial in shaping online politics and internet culture more generally.

Bill Gates’ Affairs and Sexually Transmitted Infection

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates contracted a sexually transmitted infection from sex with “Russian girls,” then asked Epstein to provide him with antibiotics to “surreptitiously” give to his wife, Melinda, so that she not find out about his infidelity. That is according to 2013 emails Epstein wrote, but did not send.

Gates initially vehemently denied the claims. “Jeffrey wrote an email to himself, that email was never sent. That email is, you know, false” he said, adding, “It just reminds me, you know, every minute I spent with regret and I, you know, apologize that I did that.” Later, however, he admitted to having affairs with two Russian women.

When Melinda was asked about the claims, however, she did not refute them, saying she felt “unbelievable sadness” being reminded of a “painful time” in her life. In 2021, she divorced Bill, citing his friendship with Epstein as among the factors in the breakdown of their marriage.

Jeffrey Epstein Bankrolled the pro-Israel Lobby

Documents reveal that Epstein was one of the Israel Lobby’s most generous funders, the billionaire donating to a wide range of pro-Israel groups, including the Hillel Foundation, The United Jewish Association of New York, and Yeshiva.

In 2005 alone, Epstein donated $25,000 to the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces, a group that purchases equipment for the Israeli military. That same year, he gave $15,000 to the Jewish National Fund, an organization that builds illegal Jewish settlements in occupied Palestine. Even years after his conviction for sex crimes, Harvard Hillel was soliciting donations from Epstein.

Epstein was a vocal and committed Zionist, a 2012 email he sent insists that “Palestine has never historically existed.”

MintPress News was at the forefront of uncovering the connections between Epstein and Israeli intelligence, publishing a series of investigations into their links. The new tranche of documents also hints at this relationship. In 2018, Epstein sent Barack an email stating “you should make clear that I don’t work for Mossad,” followed by a smiley face.

A Dalai Lama/Epstein Connection?

The Dalai Lama is mentioned over 150 times in the new Epstein files, the emails showing that the billionaire was keen to associate himself with the Tibetan spiritual leader.

If journalist Michael Wolff is to be believed, he got his wish. Wolff noted that he met the Dalai Lama at a soirée at Epstein’s infamous New York mansion. The Central Tibetan Administration has categorically denied Wolff’s assertion.

Epstein did, however, meet with Tenzin Priyadarshi, a Tibetan monk and director of The Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at M.I.T. in Boston.

For more on this story, see the MintPress News investigation: “The Dalai Lama – Epstein Connection.”

U.S. Ambassador May Have Raped, Impregnated 11-Year-Old Child

One of the most explosive documents shows an FBI informant linking the U.S. Embassy to Epstein’s worldwide trafficking network. Kenneth Darrell Turner told the FBI that, in 2014, U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Earl Anthony Wayne impregnated an 11-year-old Mexican child while at a U.S. Consulate-controlled building in Ciudad Juárez. The mother gave birth to a child and received a positive DNA match with Wayne.

The allegations have been largely ignored in corporate press. One outlet covering the story, however, was The Eagle, a student newspaper at American University in Washington, D.C., where Wayne now teaches. The news led to protests on campus, with students calling for authorities to review the allegations.

Wayne has categorically rejected the assertions against him, pointing out inconsistencies in Turner’s story. “The claims originate from a disjointed email chain that makes outlandish claims, including international conspiracies and other events that demonstrably never happened, as they would have been matters of public record or reported in the media at the time they occurred, and they were not,” he said.

Trump “Authorized” Epstein Murder – Epstein’s Brother

Jeffrey Epstein’s family do not believe that he killed himself in prison. “I have reason to believe he was killed because he was about to name names,” his brother, Mark, told the FBI in 2023, concluding that “I believe President Trump authorized his murder.”

Epstein was found dead in his cell in July 2019. Although officially labeled a suicide, many have suspected foul play, given the billionaire’s extensive connections that could compromise the rich and powerful.

The Trump administration has repeatedly denied any involvement in Epstein’s death. “The claims are unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already,” the Department of Justice wrote.

The Epstein Files have shocked the world, leading to political scandals on both sides of the Atlantic. While a number of senior figures in Europe, including the former prime minister of Norway, have been arrested, the U.S. Department of Justice appears to be unwilling to do the same. And with their announcement that they do not intend to release any more of the Epstein Files still in their possession, it appears that the DOJ is attempting to kill the Epstein story itself. With so much interest in the story, however, it seems unlikely that they will be able to dampen public’s demands to know just how far this scandal goes.

For those of us who watched the lies of the 21st century collapse into open-air slave markets and poppy fields, this latest push for regime change isn’t “patriotism”—it’s a pathologically insane repeat of a history we can no longer afford.

This is an open letter to the millions of Americans who, like me, once believed that the only way to preserve “freedom” at home was to rain fire upon those the State told us were our enemies. I am speaking directly to the MAGA movement, specifically those of you currently cheering for the missiles flying into Iran, because I spent years standing exactly where you are right now.

I served in the United States Marine Corps, and when I got out, I was the quintessential “patriot” who wanted to see the entire Middle East turned into a parking lot. I was a victim of the same high-gloss propaganda that makes war look like a righteous crusade, and I remember watching the 2005 State of the Union address where George W. Bush trotted out Safia Taleb al-Suhail, the woman with the ink-stained finger meant to symbolize the “success” of our invasion.

I believed the lie that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and I bought into the “with us or with the terrorists” ultimatum without a second thought. But then the caskets started coming home, and the friends I served with began to die for a cause that was crumbling under the weight of its own contradictions.

It turns out there were no WMDs, and the realization that 15 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia—not Afghanistan or Iraq—hit like a freight train. I watched as our troops were ordered to protect poppy fields in Afghanistan while the opioid crisis decimated our towns back home, and the entire Neocon narrative collapsed.

We were duped into supporting the slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent civilians and the maiming of thousands of our own brothers and sisters for absolutely nothing. Veteran suicides and homelessness skyrocketed for a decade after these wars, and for what?

Iraq was decimated, and our intervention directly birthed ISIS, a monster that terrorizes the region to this day while we pretend to be the world’s police. Afghanistan is now back in the hands of the Taliban, who are currently parading around in billions of dollars of American military equipment we left behind. Our “humanitarian” intervention in Libya turned one of Africa’s most prosperous nations into a hellscape where open-air slave markets are now a reality.

While we laid waste to these nations, the State laid waste to our future by printing trillions of dollars to fund these illegal, unconstitutional wars. Your grocery bill is tripling and your freedoms are evaporating because the military-industrial complex is a parasite that feeds on the blood of our youth and the wealth of our labor.

This is precisely why Donald Trump’s 2024 campaign resonated so deeply; he promised an end to the “endless wars” and a return to “America First” sanity. There is nothing “macho” or “patriotic” about sending poor kids to die in a desert to enrich the elite; true strength is the ability to see through the propaganda and refuse to be a pawn in their game.

Trump promised you countless times that this war with Iran would not happen and that he would be the one to keep us out of new conflicts. You can watch the compilation videos of him making these promises over and over again, yet here we are, watching the same old war machine crank back to life.

Just last June, Trump claimed he had already “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear capabilities, a victory he touted as being achieved without putting a single American troop in harm’s way. If the threat was “obliterated” eight months ago, then what exactly are we bombing today, and why are we being told the threat is suddenly “imminent”?

Even the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, testified in March 2025 that Iran had not restarted its nuclear weapons program. Multiple reports have confirmed for decades that Iran’s nuclear capabilities were non-existent, yet Benjamin Netanyahu has been in the ear of every president for three decades demanding a strike.

The mask slipped completely this week when Secretary of State Marco Rubio practically admitted that the United States was forced into this war to satisfy Israeli interests. We are being dragged into a regional conflagration because our “leadership” values the whims of a foreign government over the lives of American citizens.

Even figures like Charlie Kirk, whose death many of you mourned, was vehemently opposed to this path, calling a war for regime change in Iran “pathologically insane” just months ago.

Your own Secretary of War admitted before this strike how dangerous and catastrophic a war with Iran would be for everyone involved.

The level of gaslighting is so extreme that even Matt Walsh, a man who has rarely criticized this administration, is calling out the absurd rewrite of history taking place right now. Conservatives who were anti-war five minutes ago are now acting like Iran has been “waging war on us for 47 years” to justify a conflict they know is a mistake.

How can you not see the blatant contradictions from a man who says one thing to get elected and another when the war drums start beating? We have to do better than blindly following the herd toward another slaughter that will only end in more American debt and more dead children.

If you truly want to make America great, you must hold these politicians to their word and refuse to support a “war of choice” that serves everyone but the American people. Standing against this war isn’t “weakness”—it is the only way to break the cycle of violence and coercion that is bankrupting our nation both morally and financially.

The state wants your misguided and blind “patriotism”—because this allows them to use your children to serve as expendable fuel for a geopolitical engine that benefits only the contractors and the foreign interests currently pulling the strings in D.C. When the next generation of American youth is fed into the meat grinder of the Iranian desert, you will have to reckon with the fact that you cheered for the hand that pushed them in.

You can either stand for the peace and non-aggression you were promised, or you can continue to be a voluntary spectator in the destruction of your own country’s moral and financial future. Stop being a foot soldier for the very swamp you claimed to hate and start demanding a reality that doesn’t involve your neighbors coming home in flag-draped boxes for a lie.

“From the least to the greatest, all are greedy for gain; prophets and priests alike, all practice deceit. They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious. ‘Peace, peace,’ they say, when there is no peace.”—Jeremiah 6:13–14

“This is insane. Regime change will result in a bloody civil war… Resist this!”—Charlie Kirk (2025)

The military-industrial complex and the American police state have joined forces.

War abroad and war at home are no longer separate enterprises. They have fused.

This did not happen overnight.

Every modern president has stretched the limits of war-making power. Some have shredded those limits altogether.

Each time that boundary is breached, the Constitution recedes a little further.

This is one of those moments.

In a complete about-face from his claims to being a peace president, Donald Trump has authorized yet another preemptive strike—this time against Iran—without a declaration of war from Congress, without meaningful public debate, and without constitutional clarity.

The gravity of that decision cannot be overstated.

While American troops were being ordered into harm’s way, Trump was hosting a $1 million-a-ticket fundraiser for himself at Mar-a-Lago, trotting out his signature dance moves between curtained war briefings.

That spectacle tells you everything you need to know.

That is how we arrived at Operation Epic Fury.

With its Orwellian proclamations of “peace through strength,” Operation Epic Fury is less strategy than spectacle—an egotistical, muscle-flexing distraction by the Trump administration and an overarching attempt to normalize the use of unilateral force by the executive branch without congressional input or authorization.

This was never about peace. It was always about power.

And the Constitution is clear about how this is supposed to work, even if the White House is not.

Article I, Section 8 grants Congress—not the president—the power to declare war. The president, under Article II, Section 2, is designated as commander-in-chief with the power to command the military. He is not commander-of-everything.

Yet, here we are.

The Trump administration is advancing a global policing doctrine that mirrors the domestic police state: strike first, ask questions later.

Since January 2025, Trump has carried out more than 600 military strikes on foreign targets that include Iran, Yemen, Nigeria and Venezuela, while threatening forceful military takeovers of Greenland, Colombia and Mexico.

Preemptive force has become policy.

Call it what it is: war.

Despite the word games over its war games—the administration insists its actions in Iran do not constitute a war—members of Trump’s Cabinet use the word “war” freely until congressional authorization is mentioned.

And when the administration is asked to explain themselves, the answer is not constitutional deference but open defiance.

Clearly, they have lost sight of who they answer to—and who funds their war chests: we the taxpayers.

Pete Hegseth—the self-righteous blowhard who brags about lethal weapons and has rebranded the Defense Department as the Department of War—dismissed public accountability outright, expressing in no uncertain terms that it’s none of our business: “Why in the world would we tell you, you, the enemy, anybody what we will or will not do in pursuit of an objective. We fight to win. We fight to achieve the objectives the President of the United States has laid out and we will do so unapologetically.”

The Constitution is the “why.”

The American people have a right to debate war before it begins. We have a right to know how our tax dollars are spent. We have a right to insist our representatives authorize the use of force. We have a right to know why our sons and daughters are sent into harm’s way. We have a right to refuse to have our tax dollars used to kill other people’s daughters and sons.

As Rick Steves, the globetrotting travel writer, put it:

“As an American taxpayer, I believe that every US bomb that falls and every bullet that flies has my name on it. In the last year, our president (who won votes by promising to keep America out of wars and is now famously agitating for a Nobel Peace Prize) has dropped bombs on seven foreign countries—and each of those bombs has your name on it, too…including the one that just recklessly decapitated a nation of 90 million people in a war-torn corner of our world.”

He is right. War is not abstract—it is done with our money, and too often without our consent.

As Cato Institute’s Katherine Thompson explains, “War…costs American blood and treasure. The Founders placed the power to initiate it in Congress precisely to ensure those costs are confronted and debated before the country walks into battle.”

That safeguard is being ignored.

And the damage does not stop at constitutional injury, because war is not only a constitutional problem. It is an economic one.

War fuels defense contracts, reconstruction deals and intelligence budgets. It sustains a vast military-industrial apparatus whose profits depend on instability.

Nothing about Operation Epic Fury puts America first. It pushes us toward a fiscal cliff.

Within days, the costs were staggering: $300 million for three F-15E jets downed by “friendly” fire. $630 million to transport troops, ships and aircraft to the region in advance of the attacks. More than 50,000 troops deployed to the region. $13 million a day just for two aircraft carriers stationed nearby. $43.8 million for 1,250 Kamikaze drones. $2 million each for Tomahawk missiles. $12.8 million each for anti-ballistic missile interceptors.

Forbes estimates that Trump’s military strikes in Iran have already cost American taxpayers over $1 billion, “with a price tag that could approach $100 billion, depending on how long it can stretch on.” The total economic cost of the conflict “could trigger an economic loss for the U.S. of between $50 billion and $210 billion.”

And that is before accounting for the human cost.

Innocent civilians—over a hundred young girls between the ages of 7 and 12—have died because the U.S. and Israel reportedly launched a deadly strike on a girls’ elementary school in Iran using outdated maps.

American servicepeople are dying because of one man’s unilateral decision to play at war.

So much for “America First.”

Permanent war places empire first.

And as usual, “we the people” will be forced pay for another unpopular forever war—financially, constitutionally, and domestically—and for the presidential hubris and the greed of the military-industrial complex and Deep State undergirding it all.

Congress anticipated this danger.

The War Powers Act was meant to rein in presidents who bypass Congress. But laws are only as strong as the institutions willing to enforce them.

Without congressional authorization, without meaningful debate, without constitutional clarity, the executive branch claims the unilateral authority to wage war.

This is how dictatorships arise and republics erode.

It happens when a president is allowed to treat constitutional limits as inconveniences rather than restraints.

Trump routinely dismisses unfavorable polls, ignores the courts, sidesteps Congress, shows contempt for the will of the American people, and ignorance about the fact that he works for “we the people.” He behaves not as a public servant but as a potentate.

As John Jay warned in The Federalist No. 4:

Absolute monarchs will often make war when their nations are to get nothing by it, but for the purposes and objects merely personal, such as thirst for military glory, revenge for personal affronts, ambition, or private compacts to aggrandize or support their particular families or partisans. These and a variety of other motives, which affect only the mind of the sovereign, often lead him to engage in wars not sanctified by justice or the voice and interests of his people.”

If this were merely a constitutional dispute, it would be grave enough.

But it is not merely constitutional.

The consequences are immediate, political, and profoundly destabilizing.

Trump has a tendency to bulldoze through constitutional and legal restraints, creating a spectacle or a crisis, and then leaving others to clean up the fallout—whether it is a gutted ballroom, an eviscerated federal agency, a chaotic immigration crackdown, or now a widening war in the Middle East.

Long after the headlines move on, the wreckage remains.

And when the crisis involves war, the consequences are not merely bureaucratic or political — they are measured in lives and liberties.

War, in particular, has always been the most convenient tool of presidents facing troubles at home. When approval ratings slide, when economic policy falters, when scandal threatens to consume the headlines, foreign conflict has a way of shifting the narrative.

Trump’s Iran escalation—a deadly, costly, immoral, unpopular distraction from missteps of Trump’s own making—comes amid dismal polling, a faltering economy, escalating immigration crackdowns, eroding constitutional protections, and renewed scrutiny tied to the Epstein files.

Six out of ten Americans disapprove of Trump’s military action against Iran.

And while there is little to defend about Iran—it is a brutal regime—no nation has the right to declare itself judge, jury and executioner of another without lawful authority. To suggest otherwise is the language of strongmen.

Moreover, what happens abroad does not stay abroad.

The same government that claims unilateral authority to bomb foreign nations claims expanded authority to surveil, detain and silence domestically.

The military-industrial complex and the police state operate in tandem.

At home, we are being subjected to many of the same tactics and technologies deployed overseas. This is how America becomes a battlefield.

The pattern is not new. George W. Bush expanded warrantless surveillance. Obama normalized drone warfare. Presidents of both parties have stretched executive power.

Trump inherited the imperial presidency—and leaned into it. He boasts of his authority, derides the courts, dismisses Congress, and treats constitutional limits as inconveniences rather than guardrails.

He governs as though Article II were a royal charter.

Defense contractors may prosper in such a climate. The Constitution does not.

History teaches that war abroad produces blowback at home. Twenty-five years ago, 9/11 was itself blowback—the consequence of decades of military intervention and occupation in the Middle East.

Blowback justifies emergency powers. Emergency powers justify a police state. A police state justifies a permanent national security state.

The “war on terror” did not end terrorism. It institutionalized emergency. And permanent emergency makes constitutional government fragile.

James Madison warned that “the means of defense against foreign danger have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”

We have seen it unfold over the past quarter century: the militarization of police, battlefield tactics in American neighborhoods, expansive surveillance justified by counterterrorism. The same tactics and rationale deployed abroad eventually get used against the American people here at home.

War abroad justifies control at home. That is the pattern.

As legal scholar Aziz Huq, professor of law at the University of Chicago, warns, the same national-security powers used to justify bombing foreign nations can be turned inward—against domestic opponents and even against the electoral process itself.

That is the long game being played right now.

This unprovoked attack on Iran is turning the Middle East into a war zone, in turn laying the groundwork for Trump to act on the fantasies he has long entertained about cancelling the mid-term elections.

It is not far-fetched to imagine he might attempt it. He has repeatedly hinted about it and has already demonstrated how far he is willing to go to overturn an election.

On the very day bombs began falling on Tehran, Huq notes that the White House was reportedly considering a unilateral executive order asserting the power to control how and when Americans vote in the upcoming midterm elections—citing “national security” and alleged foreign meddling as justification.

As Huq explains, the presidency is especially weakly bound by law when “national security” is invoked. The absence of legal authority did not prevent the strikes on Iran—strikes that are unlawful under the Constitution, which assigns Congress alone the power to initiate war.

If national security can be invoked to bypass Congress abroad, it can be invoked to bypass constitutional limits at home.

In other words, if a president can launch a war without congressional authorization, he can claim similar emergency authority to restrict voting, suppress dissent, or silence opposition.

This is not republican governance. It is rule by force.

Even some of Trump’s former allies sense the instability. As Marjorie Taylor Greene bluntly put it, “I think it’s time for America to rip the Band-Aid off and we need to have a serious conversation about what the f— is happening in this country and who in the hell are these decisions being made for and who is making these decisions.”

America’s founders understood this danger. They structured the Constitution to prevent any one man from dragging the nation into war.

In making the case that decisions about war should never be left to one man, legal scholar David French quotes then-Congressman Abraham Lincoln at the close of the Mexican-American War in 1948: “Kings had always been involving and impoverishing their people in wars, pretending generally, if not always, that the good of the people was the object. This, our convention understood to be the most oppressive of all kingly oppressions and they resolved to so frame the Constitution that no one man should hold the power of bringing this oppression upon us.”

Concludes French: “Those words were true then, and they’re true now. No matter what he thinks, Trump is not a king. But by taking America to war all on his own, he is acting like one.”

If we are to preserve any semblance of constitutional government, Congress must reclaim its war powers. The War Powers Resolution must be enforced. Emergency powers must be narrowed, sunsetted and restrained. Surveillance must be reined in. Domestic military deployment must be limited to the most narrow, exceptional circumstances.

But structural reform alone will not save a republic that has grown comfortable with permanent war. Because once war abroad and war at home fully merge, the Constitution becomes little more than words on paper.

War is not peace. Preemptive war is not strength. And an imperial presidency—no matter how loudly it wraps itself in flags—is not constitutional government.

The Founders understood that the gravest threat to liberty would not come from foreign enemies alone, but from the concentration of power in the hands of one man who believed himself indispensable.

A president who can send bombs abroad without consent can silence opposition at home without hesitation.

A government that governs by the rule of emergency eventually ceases to govern by the rule of law.

And a nation that trades liberty for spectacle will wake up to find that it has neither.

History is a relentless teacher: military empires may rise on the back of war, but they fall just as quickly from being spread too thin. Already, days after the start of this debacle of a war on Iran, U.S. forces are being used to combat drug trafficking in Ecuador.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, the question is no longer whether America can police the globe. The question is whether our Republic can survive the weight of the Empire it has become.

We are at the point where we must choose: the spectacle of permanent war, or the survival of the American experiment in freedom.

We cannot have both.

President Donald Trump has established his own Board of Peace and announced he will be stealing $10 billion of our money and giving it to himself via his organization (Not a penny of this is authorized by Congress or our Constitution).

However, while it takes $1 billion to be on the board, which are largely mankind abusers ironically, what’s really going on will shock many because the end result is that it will be the World Economic Forum’s version of the United Nations, headed by Trump with vast amounts of money (stablecoins) that will be spent with zero oversight and Trump’s own private army… yes, an army.
