A reason the North won the civil war as the South manufactured through human slaves.  When Elizabeth Freeman was freed, along with all the other Blacks of the North in 1783, the North was forced to industrialize to compete with the South.  It was the factories, machines as slaves, that enabled the North to outproduce rifles, bullets, cannons, railroads that the human machines of the South could not.

It was the Union Flag of the North that freed the slaves.  It is this flag that is desecrated by the Leftist Democrats who fought for slavery, the Democrats who formed the KKK and attacked Jim Crow laws and the Blacks who wanted to be equal in America.

No country in the 6,000 years of recorded history ever matches our American Experience creating the highest degree of peace, order, liberty and prosperity.

We passed these flyers based on Romans 13:4  out to the young Marines going to Iraq and Afghanistan back in 2004, the Marines loved this and gathered around to hear what I had to say.  It helped as I am a former infantry enlisted and officer of Marines.  Truly, the young men loved listening to this!

I submit this as I believe we the people of America who love our Christian heritage are going to have to defend ourselves from Hillary Clinton’s followers as the USN and USMC did against the grandpas of ISIS in the Barbary wars.

This is exactly what Lt. Stephen Decatur and Lt. Pressley O’Bannon, USMC, did as they fought and killed the grandpas of ISIS, on “The Shores of Tripoli” that we proudly sing about in the Marine Corp hymn. Pirates were attacking our vessels so President Thomas Jefferson commanded the USMC and USN to attack them to protect our innocent citizens.

This is the proper use of the Rules of Engagement and is perfectly in accordance with the Law of Christ. We can prove it, not only based on the Bible, but from the Constitution as well.

All warriors serving in the U.S. Military have raised their right hand and swore allegiance to the U.S. Constitution.  Originally, it was based on Christian, Anglo-American Common law.[1] This is proved in the Constitution: Article 1, Section 8, and Clause 10, that says the U.S. Military is controlled under a legal notion called The Law of Nations. “The Congress shall have the power… to define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the Law of Nations.”

The heroics by the USN under Lt. Decatur and the USMC under Lt. Pressley O’Bannon on “the shores of Tripoli” are based on the Law of Nations. Pirates are to be handled in accordance with its Law.  On that basis, the USMC and the USN went to Tripoli, located and destroyed the pirates with close combat and fire superiority.

The relationship of the Constitution to the Law of Nations, or what is sometimes called Natural Law, the Moral Law, or the Law Written on the Heart, were all based on the Law of Christ revealed in the Bible.  This was common knowledge.

Department of Defense Documents[1] from circa 1957 note that the U.S. Constitution is based on what the Bible calls “the Law Written on the Heart.” That law is codified as The 10 Commandments.  This defines what constitutes a Lawful Order.   This concept of a Lawful order is the Law of Christ.

Jesus never criticizes any warrior who engages and destroys any enemy as long as we warriors apply His rules of engagement; in fact, Christ commends warriors based on the law of Love. Confused?

All righteous Warriors of America know that we are restricted by the rules of engagement based on the Bible.  The Law of Nations was the Rule of Engagement up to the end of Viet Nam.

We believe it is important to you Warriors to understand how the Law of Nations, based on the Law of Jesus Christ, was the way your fathers and grandfathers and before them the warriors of America engaged the enemy with proper Rules of Engagement.

We’re here to explain this Law of Nations based on the Law of Jesus Christ – and we invite you to Christ Church where we respect warriors who want to fulfill their oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

We seek to revive the spirit of the Constitution and invite you to learn that killing enemies is nothing to be ashamed of nor to feel false guilt over – as long as proper, Rules of Engagement under Article 1, Section 8, and clause 10 of the Constitution are followed: These are lawful orders that must be obeyed.

Coach used the First Amendment to meet her in her parade, and though it was sunny and cloudless – the old nightmare Billy-Boy-Clinton-rape-enabling Hillary saw dark, ominous storm clouds in the image of the old football coach himself.

Coach has a team assembled and when we add in all the money it takes to do one of these First Amendment Educational Outreaches – so far, I see close to $100,000 our folks have paid out.

This has the old cheated on First Lady (“She’s no lady,” wheezes STD infected Bill Clinton, “that’s my wife.”) frowning.  She’s upset.  Coach just wanted to enjoy a little Americana, meeting the Clintons in their parade, a real parade, so he did.

Hillary is not sending Coach a Kwanza card this year, scratched his name off the “A” list of guests and won’t be sharing tea with Coach soon at her Chappaqua, NY mansion.

The old girl appears to be big, not just in her tent called a dress, but big in ruling the Deep State.  She’s huge in influencing Facebook, Google, Yahoo and the American Communist Party, the Democrats.

However, she can’t control the First Amendment and that’s her weakness.  Vince Foster and Ron Brown may be dead, the Meena Drug Cartel still on the prowl – and the…

BUT Intel on Facebook – now – within 60 seconds of posting, poof, disappeared, like a magic act in Vegas.  Gone.

I posted these 3 photos of Hillary, FB tore them down in mere seconds.

This may sound trivial, and I understand private ownership and the First Amendment – I have won 6 of 7 First Amendment lawsuits, with 2 wins in the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals – I understand they have the legal right to block and censor.

So, due to Hillary and her monstrous regiment of radical kid killers, murder is “legal,” but murder still is unethical and as evil as a mother murdering a 4-year-old child.

Abortion is “legal.”  Sickeningly, it’s immoral and it is murder.  We have “legalized” murder.  Look at the unrest it has caused – it will not end until the murder of kids ends.

Pope Zuckerberg protecting her Popeship, Hillary, causes unrest and it’s immoral.

I also know this is a public forum and we are petitioning the government for a redress of grievances and I do understand why unions and communists go violent when they are not listened to – governments listen to violent people.

Not so fast – what about the Second Amendment and its well-regulated militia?

The Deep State and Democrats need to remember the militias at Bundy’s Ranch.  Obama and his lackies watched on live feeds backing the feds down: Militias are The ultimate check & balance.

All done Legally and in accordance with the US Constitution’s First and Second Amendments.  So, what’s this got to do with saving Mr. Trump and his family, you ask.  Everything.

The Trump family can survive the Deep State and Democrats but not without a well-regulated militia to protect Mr. Trump and family.

Certainly, Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin with their never-ending talk will save Mr. Trump and his family as the Deep State and the Democrats, “Lock him up.”

So?  What can we do?  A lot.

Why I as a former Regular Officer, USMC (I was enlisted, Viet Nam, 0311, Infantry, Team Leader of the USMC version of the Green Berets, DD214’s available as proof, before – and held in high esteem as a “Mustang Officer) support the many militias of America today.

Why not?  The Second Amendment calls for a well-regulated Militia – who better than a Former Mustang officer with tons of close combat experience in Viet Nam to teach our militias?

Why not?  I despise the Deep State and I know it’s going to take a hell of a lot more than talk and pitiful, meaningless votes of a frankly castrated Congress under the control of people like Robert Mueller and Mitch McConnel.

I love America and I love our Liberty and I love our Military and I love our President Trump – why not offer my bona fide skills learned in hot, very hot kinetic combat to our militias?  Why not?

I have worked with a number of them and my lectures are short and to the point based 100% on the Uniform Code of Military Justice, UCMJ.  One of my students taking copious notes turned out to be a deputy district attorney in a very major county of California and we have become fast friends.

My lectures revolve around one question: “What gives you the right to kill another human being in combat?”  My deputy D.A. loved what I had to say.  I follow the UCMJ and have never had a complaint.

It’s amusing, one leading Constitutional attorney accused me of being a hack for working with the California militias.  I asked him about the well-regulated militia of the Second Amendment and who better than a former Mustang Officer of the USMC.  He was not impressed.

Two years later General “Mad Dog” Mattis’ staff of his First Marine Expeditionary Force, IMEF,  hired me at $500 an hour to teach the Marines going to the battle of Fallujah II.** I was hired after delivering a 45 minute presentation to about 100 Senior USMC, IMEF officers how we as 18/19 year old kids survived while literally surrounded by the NVA at night, and thrived as we hunted them down and decimated them.

The Constitutional attorney who denigrates our Militias still is unimpressed – but I guess I impressed the right guys, the Infantry Leaders of one of the deadliest military groups ever: IMEF.

Frankly, I don’t know what a pencil pushing Constitutional attorney knows about a well-regulated militia or military for that matter.  I guess Prince John learned what a well-regulated militia can do as he was told by the 56 barons, “Sign the dotted line the Magna Carta, or we’ll separate your head from your shoulders.”  Tyrants do not like militias – they threaten their power to enslave the people.

The Militias of 6,000 years of recorded history have stopped tyrants more often than the standing armies they opposed which propped up Xerxes, Charles I and George III of England, Tojo, Hitler and Mussolini of WWII.  Those who held in contempt the liberties of people all over the world who merely wished to be left alone.

Tyrants and their standing armies hold militias in low esteem.  In Viet Nam I was fortunate to command a team of Marines who trained, lived with and fought side by side with the Vietnamese Militia against the murderous thugs supported by Jane Fonda and Hillary Clinton, the North Vietnamese Army and their Viet Cong.

We were some of the best regulars in the history of the world – shock troops.  Here’s a great article how we took the Vietnamese Militia from completely terrified, intimidated civilians avoiding combat into Devil Dogs like ourselves. *  I saw them go from Mr. Peepers to swaggering tough guys.  The photo of us does no justice to Rambo – but we were 18/19 year- old kids with these men who don’t look like much – but were completely feared by the NVA and VC.

I wrote the article on us refusing to back down at Bundys Ranch, as we looked at scores of guns pointed at us, as an example to our GOP leaders.

6,000 years of recorded history is a constant repeat of good (Bundys) V. evil (Feds of the BLM).   The Americans who rallied to protect the Bundys from the abuse of the Feds followed all the laws of America and saved the Bundy family from the evil attacking Feds – by not backing down, not being dainty.

Three hundred Spartans with 5,000 Greek soldiers fought to the death against Xerxes’ army of at least 300,000 Herodotus estimated 1.7 million.  The Greeks did not back down, they were not dainty.

The Jewish army of King Saul stood its ground against Goliath.  Not cowards.  They stood their ground, they did not flee, they held Goliath and his Philistines in check.  David showed up, prayed a bit, criticized Goliath’s male organ, “Who is this uncircumcised Philistine,” and killed him.  The Jews did not back down, they were not dainty.

Hanukkah began because an angry old Jewish guy, Mattathias Maccabeus killed a Hellenistic Jew obeying the king of the Greeks, Antiochus Epiphanes’ order to sacrifice a pig on the altar of Zeus.   History was changed as the God of Jesus worked to set the stage of our Biblical American Heritage.  The Jews did not back down, they were not dainty.

This heritage is confirmed in our US Constitution with the phrase, The Law of Nations ending Article 1, Section 8, and Clause 10 – The Law of Nations at that time was universally accepted through the writings of the Father of International law, Hugo Grotius to be based on the 10 Commandments.   This is found in the hymn with “to the shores of Tripoli,” when a small group of Marines did the impossible defeating the Muslim Grandfathers of ISIS at the Battle of Derna, April 27, 1805.  They are memorialized in the US Marine Corps Hymn.  They did not back down, they were not dainty.

Read the people of San Francisco, the Vigilantes, who operated perfectly legal and in accordance with our American heritage to save themselves from tyrants who abused democracy and manipulated San Francisco so they could get rich.  Our citizens of San Francisco did not back down, they were not dainty.

America became America and stayed America as long as the Freedom Loving Citizens did not back down and were not dainty against Deep State type tyrants who always seek crooked, devious violent ways to destroy the liberties of We The People.  We of this American heritage are few and merely a blip of time in the  6,000 years of recorded history of Malum in Se, evil exists, as Tyrants ceaselessly seek out and enslave people who love liberty.

We have many, many articulate voices opposing the Deep State Swampsters, but in the end: thanks for your never-ending screeches … but …  it will be those of us who do not back down, who are not dainty who will save America from these evil tyrants.  If we do only talk, if we do back down, if we do become dainty – evil will prevail.

I knew the game of the feds.

It was to wear us down with meaningless, vague promises.

I refused and began calling out the feds, telling the One Star Deputy Sheriff Lombardo, who is now the 4-star sheriff, he was going to be the first killed if he did not take control and get the Bureau of Land Management out of there.

Behind me was a semi-circle of about 300 US military veterans.

They were peaceful, armed, and refusing to back down.

At this moment on the gate, I could see the snipers and the BLM with their rifles pointed at my friend and myself.

We were not dainty.

We would not back down and we called the Feds’ bluff.

I did expect at any moment to be shot to death.

Nevertheless, we did not back down.

We were upheld by the courts and the Feds were proven to be the perpetrators, aided by the sheriff, and as evil as Hell in what they did.

We must think of the American Revolution, the Cromwellian Civil War, David v. Goliath and the Battle of Athens, Tennessee in 1946 as we look to save America.

We had assembled in accordance with the US Constitution.

We had the pen, live feeds and the sword, working together out in the open and not backing down, but acting lawfully as our forefathers at the Battle of Lexington and Concord and the Battle of Bunker Hill.

And we won the day!
