      Kate recommended the following supplements for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which you can obtain in the Genesis Healing store link above.

      • Vitamin C 1000mg in water or juice three times daily
      • Vitamin D3 5000iu daily ( get levels checked. May need to be increased If low)
      • Multivitamin B vitamin ( eat 10 servings of fruit and veg daily )
      • Curcumin 500-1000 mg x 3 daily
      • Quercetin 250mg capsules x 3 daily with meals. If severe symptoms, increase to 2 capsules as a dose.
      • Resveratol 200 mg with 250mg niacinamide twice a day with meals
